Mr. and Mrs. Maddali wanted to have an extra room attached to their house. Mr. Maddali wanted a sunroom and Mrs. Maddali wanted a Pergola. They got in touch with our team and they were able to meet both their needs with a Louvered Roof Pergola featuring Sliding glass doors on all three sides.

The Maddali’s love spending their time indoors but also like the flexibility of being outdoors. Mr. Maddali mentioned that ever since they got the Pergola they have been having dinner together in their new room. They also enjoy sitting outside when it's raining, watching and listening to the soothing rainfall while being protected by the Pergola.
Mr Maddali’s favorite feature are the Louvers that open and close when needed. He opens them when he wants a nice breeze to flow in and he can sit under the pergola with a cup of tea or coffee in hand. He mentioned that the LED lights provide the perfect amount of ambient lighting to their new space; he didn't feel the need to add any additional lights.
Before they installed their Pergola, they would rarely spend time outside during the summer. Now that they have their Pergola they are able to spend all summer outside being shaded by their Pergola and staying cool with their added fans.
