The beautiful Elsie Rooftop lounge sits twenty five floors high above New York City near Bryant Park. The rooftop has an outdoor terrace with a stunning view of the city that could only be used when the weather permitted. With the weather being unpredictable, Elsie Rooftop needed an outdoor space that they could rely on using all year round. They opted for Pergola Roofs Dynamic Sunroom with motorized Guillotine windows and motorized shades.

Considering that the restaurant is elevated, they needed something to function as a safety railing for the terrace and for the protection of their customers. When retracted, the motorized Guillotine windows met their every need by acting as a safety bar and railing.
One of the staff members at Elsie Rooftop mentioned that the sunroom area ofthe terrace is the guests favorite area to sit and enjoy their time, food and drinkwhile gazing at the panoramic view of the midtown skyline.
Not only has this Sunroom added value to their venue, but it has also elevated their clients' experience which has generated more traffic to their rooftop lounge and restaurant. What used to be an only outdoor space is now an indoor/outdoor space where their customers can comfortably sit outside without having to worry about the weather conditions.
