The pergola is made of aluminium and features a retractable roof that can be opened or closed to provide shade or shelter from the elements. The pergola is designed to blend in with the historic building's architecture and to provide a comfortable and stylish outdoor dining space for guests. --- > *“The main challenge of this project was to install the pergola in a way that would not damage the historic building. The pergola was installed using a minimally invasive method that caused minimal disruption to the building.”* The pergola was installed using a custom-engineered system that allowed it to be attached to the building without damaging the structure. The pergola's roof is made of a lightweight material that does not add significant weight to the building. ![IMG_6504-1](https://pergolaroof.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_6504-1.jpg?width=2000&height=1500&name=IMG_6504-1.jpg "IMG_6504-1") The retractable pergola is a stunning addition to the Battery Maritime Building and provides Casa Cipriani with a beautiful and functional outdoor dining space.
