He wanted something that was enclosed, but also had the option to open it up. Felici stumbled upon Pergola Roof’s products and knew he found the exact solution he was looking for. > *“It’s a new toy that I have. Somebody comes in to book a party..they know that they want to be outside but the weather is never perfect for you. So I go to my little remote control and I show them I can open up the roof, I can close the roof, I can open it up halfway, windows up and down. However they want. It’s perfect.”* > > #### — MASSIMO F. ![retractable pergola canopy statenisland doncheech](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/retractable-pergola-canopy-statenisland-doncheech-newyork-1200-1.jpg) Save ![retractable pergola canopy statenisland](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/retractable-pergola-canopy-statenisland-doncheech-newyork-1200-2.jpg) Save ![retractable pergola canopy statenisland doncheech](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/retractable-pergola-canopy-statenisland-doncheech-newyork-1200-3.jpg) Save Felici is at ease knowing that he can now utilize his restaurant space without worrying about the summer heat, the rain, or the winter affecting the customer’s dining experience. He can now use his outdoor space all year round. He mentioned that he has used it several times during the rain and is grateful that he hasn't had any issues at all. ![retractable pergola canopy statenisland doncheech newyork-](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/retractable-pergola-canopy-statenisland-doncheech-newyork-1920-1.jpg) Save When Felici’s's customers come in to book for a party, he enjoys showing off “his new toy” and how he can open or close the roof and windows with a click of a button. As soon as he shows them the outdoor seating under the retractable pergola, they are all impressed and choose to sit outdoors instead of the indoor dining rooms. ## Features ![All seasons](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/Pergolaroof_Aug20222/Images/Seasons.png) Save All seasons ![Dimmable LED lights](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/Pergolaroof_Aug20222/Images/Light+Bulb.png) Save Dimmable LED lights ![Blackout or translucent](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/Pergolaroof_Aug20222/Images/Sun+Shield.png) Save Blackout or translucent ![Remote controlled](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/Pergolaroof_Aug20222/Images/Remote+Control.png) Save Remote controlled ![Watertight](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/Pergolaroof_Aug20222/Images/Water+Drop+Shield.png) Save Watertight ![Resists bad weather](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/Pergolaroof_Aug20222/Images/Cloud.png) Save Resists bad weather One of Felici’s's favorite features are the LED lights. He enjoys dimming them or brightening them up depending on the atmosphere. As a restaurant owner it is important for his customers to be able to read the menu and see the food’s color and presentation. Pergola Roof’s dimmable lighting do just that. ![retractable pergola canopy statenisland](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/retractable-pergola-canopy-statenisland-doncheech-newyork2.jpg) Save Felici is so in love with his Pergola, that he is looking into installing one in his other restaurant and maybe even his own home! He mentioned that for his business “it's perfect because it gives me extra space all year round”. --- ## Let us price your project... ![Korkis louvered pergola black led glass](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/Korkis-louvered-pergola-black-led-glass-1920.jpg) Save ![Hanover louvered room slider](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/Hanover-louvered-room-slider-screen-led-1920.jpg) Save ![White retractable pergola](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/white-retractable-pergola-1920-1.jpg) Save ![Pergola sukkah succos fallsburg newyork](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/pergola-sukkah-succos-fallsburg-newyork-1920.jpg) Save ![Elsie rooftop 1412 Broadway nyc](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/Elsie-rooftop-1412-Broadway-nyc-1920+(1).jpg) Save ![Louvered pergola slider deal newjersey](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/louvered-pergola-slider-deal-newjersey-1920.jpg) Save --- ## Other Projects   ## Related Systems ![PERGOLA - RETRACTABLE CANOPY](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/white-retractable-pergola-1920.jpg) Save PERGOLA - RETRACTABLE CANOPY ![SLIDER - SLIDING GLASS DOORS](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/slider-louver-sliding-glass-pane-longbranch-newjersey-1200.jpg) Save SLIDER - SLIDING GLASS DOORS ![GUILLOTINE - VERTICALLY SLIDING WINDOW](https://pergolaroof.com/hubfs/PergolaRoof_August2022/Images/louvered-pergola-guillotine-wesport-1200.jpg) Save GUILLOTINE - VERTICALLY SLIDING WINDOW ## Subscribe Sign up with your email address to receive news and updates.
